Concreter Business TrainingYou learnt to read a site classification. Nobody ever taught you to read a profit and loss.

Structured business training for concreting business owners. Not how to pour a slab, you can already do that. How to price it, schedule it, staff it and bank it, in sessions built for people whose day starts before the first truck.

The week this is about

Sound Like Your Concreting Business?

Your apprenticeship taught you the pour

Four years of screeding, floating and stripping forms, and not one hour on gross margin, GST on progress payments or a TPAR lodgement. You run a business turning over serious money using skills that nobody ever actually taught you.

Every lesson has cost you a job

You worked out that exposed aggregate takes longer to finish the hard way, on a job you had already priced. You learn the business the same way, one expensive pour at a time, and the tuition comes straight out of your own margin.

There is no time to learn between pours

You are on site at 6am and quoting at 9pm. Every course you have looked at runs on a Tuesday morning in a city office, which is the exact hour you are on your knees finishing a driveway.

Ten years in the trade can still leave you with ten versions of the same year, because the pours got better and the business behind them never did.

Training

Here Is What We Do About It.

The Learning Hub gives you the full lesson library inside the Tradies App for $199 a month, covering pricing, cashflow, systems, marketing and team. Business Foundations puts you in weekly live sessions hosted by Greg Allan, where you bring your actual numbers and your actual jobs and leave with the next move.

How it works

Three Steps, Starting Tonight.

Step 1

Start tonight, for nothing

Join the Tradies App with an active ABN and the starter courses open straight away. No card, no trial clock counting down while you are still on site.

Step 2

Work the module that matches the problem

You do not start at lesson one and work through the lot. You start at the thing that is costing you money this month, and the library is organised so you can find it.

Step 3

Take it live

Business Foundations runs weekly with Greg Allan, so the module you watched on Tuesday gets pressure tested against your actual numbers on Thursday.

What changes

What Concreting Business Training Actually Changes.

Three things concreting business owners walk away able to do.

Read your own profit and loss and say which pours actually made money

Price a slab, a driveway and a decorative job from cost, not from the bloke down the road

Build a weekly routine that keeps quoting, invoicing and chasing off your Sunday night

Questions

Concreter Business Training, Answered.

I have run my concreting business for years. Is training still worth it?
Most owners we train have been pouring for a decade or more. The gap is never the concrete, it is the pricing, the systems and the team. The Learning Hub is built around exactly that, and Business Foundations runs live each week so you can bring the job that went wrong and fix the process sitting behind it.
Does the training cover licensing and compliance for concreters?
The training is about running the business, not replacing your regulator. Your licence sits with the state body, the QBCC in Queensland or NSW Fair Trading in New South Wales, and the qualification pathway is the Certificate III in Concreting CPC30320. What we teach is how to build a profitable business on top of it.
When do I fit training in around pour days?
The Learning Hub is self paced inside the Tradies App, so lessons happen in the ute while the truck is on its way, or at the kitchen table once the kids are down. Business Foundations is a live weekly session you book around your schedule. Over 9,000 tradies have trained with us this way.
