Do I need job management software before I build systems?

No. Software copies whatever process you already have, so a messy process becomes a messy app. Write the steps first: what happens at quote, at rough-in, at fit-off and at close-out, and who owns each one. Then pick the software. The Learning Hub covers that order and the templates to do it.

How do I get systems written when I am on the tools all day?
