Tradies Success Academy in Claude

The connector gives Claude your Tradies App. It reads where your business is at, finds the lesson or coaching session that answers your question, walks you through your Fortnightly Focus and Strategy Builder, and builds systems with you. What you build is saved back into your Tradies App, so it is still there when the conversation ends.

It coaches from Greg Allan's method and the Academy library, not generic advice, and it only ever works with your own account.

Anyone with a Tradies App account. If you do not have one, you can create a free account while you connect.

• Free accounts get the core coaching tools and a trial of 50 calls. Checking where your business is at never uses a trial call.
• AI Club and above have no call limit.
• Some tools come with a program, such as the Fortnightly Focus and Strategy Builder with Tradie Teams, and the Customer Journey with the Inner Circle. Claude tells you when something needs a program rather than pretending it can do it.

1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
2. Find Tradies Success Academy in the directory and choose Connect. If you are adding it by hand, choose Add custom connector and paste https://member.tradies-success-academy.com/mcp
3. Sign in to your Tradies App, read what you are handing over, and approve it.

It works in Claude on the web, the desktop app and the phone app.

• “How is my business tracking, and what should I work on this fortnight?”
• “Find me the training on pricing a job properly.”
• “Walk me through my Fortnightly Focus.”
• “What should I systemise next so I stop doing it by hand? Then build it with me.”
• “Show me my open jobs and tick off the ones I finished today.”

• It reads and updates your own Tradies App record: your tasks, your Focus and Strategy answers, your business numbers and your progress through the library.
• Every tool is labelled as reading or changing your account, so Claude can ask you before it saves or changes anything.
• It cannot see your password and it cannot take a payment.
• It cannot see anybody else's account.

We receive what Claude sends to the connector when it calls a tool, such as a task you asked it to save, and we keep it in your Tradies App like anything else you enter there. We do not receive your conversations with Claude, its memory or your files. We record which tools were used and when, so we can fix what breaks.

Sign-in tokens are stored only in scrambled form. Access lasts 45 minutes and renews itself while you use it, and a connection left unused for 60 days ends. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and the Terms apply as they do to the rest of the Tradies App. Anthropic's own privacy policy covers your conversations in Claude.

In the Tradies App, open Settings, then Connected apps, and disconnect Claude. It stops working at once. You can also remove it from Claude under Settings, Connectors.
