Freedom Fighter is not a course. It is a structured, phase-matched training program. Your coach meets you at your current stage and builds the systems you need, in the right order, to move to the next one.
Phase 1
Foundation
You are the business. Subbie or sole trader, maybe one or two staff. The focus here is financial visibility, basic job management and the commercial foundation everything else sits on. Most owners skip this and wonder why nothing works later.
Phase 2
Growth
You have tradies on the tools but no admin support. Revenue is growing but so is the chaos. This phase is about hiring your first office person, building standard operating procedures and creating the structure that lets you step back from every job.
Phase 3
Expansion

How is Freedom Fighter 1:1 different from Tradie Teams?
Tradie Teams is small-group training with owners in your exact trade. Freedom Fighter is a completely different engagement: every session is private, one on one, and built entirely around your business. You also get direct 1:1 access to our specialty coaches in HR, finance, marketing and operations. It is built for owners whose problems are too complex or unique for a group format.
How are coaches assigned?
We match you with a lead coach based on your trade, your business stage and the specific challenges you are facing. Every lead coach comes from the trades and has helped hundreds of trade businesses scale. On top of your fortnightly lead coach sessions, you get private 1:1 access to our specialty coaches in finance, HR, marketing and operations.
What is the time commitment?
60 minutes fortnightly on Zoom, plus the implementation work between sessions. Most members find this saves them time within the first month because the systems eliminate hours of reactive firefighting.
What if I am just starting out?
Phase 1 (Foundation) is specifically designed for subbies and sole traders in the early stages. Your coach will build the commercial foundations, pricing, financial visibility and job management that everything else sits on. Starting right is faster than fixing later.
