Tradie Teams is small-group training with owners in your exact trade - you attend specialty coach workshops alongside your group sessions. Freedom Fighter is a completely different engagement: every session is private, one on one, and built entirely around your business. You also get direct 1:1 access to our specialty coaches in HR, finance, marketing, and operations - not just workshops, but dedicated time to work through your specific challenges. It is built for owners whose problems are too complex or unique for a group format.
How are coaches assigned?
We match you with a lead coach based on your trade, your business stage, and the specific challenges you are facing. Every lead coach comes from the trades and has helped hundreds of trade businesses scale. On top of your fortnightly lead coach sessions, you get private 1:1 access to our specialty coaches in finance, HR, marketing, and operations - so when you hit a specific challenge in any of those areas, you have a specialist to work through it with you directly.
What is the time commitment?
60 minutes fortnightly on Zoom, plus the implementation work between sessions. Most members find this saves them time within the first month because the systems eliminate hours of reactive firefighting.
What if I am just starting out?
Phase 1 (Foundation) is specifically designed for subbies and sole traders who are in the early stages of their business. Your coach will build the commercial foundations - pricing, financial visibility, job management - that everything else sits on. Starting right is faster than fixing later.
