CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Success Academy Group (ABN 68 602 377 695), trading as Tradies Success Academy (‘the Academy’), is entitled to charge fees for services provided to trade business owners (‘Member/s’). These charges are generally for items such as communication platform fees, course materials, and coaching and support services.

The Academy may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. This policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service.

Refunds

There are no refunds available for course fees paid, except in the following circumstances:

  1. The Academy cancels a program with no suitable alternative provided.

  2. An error is made at the time of, or during, enrollment or cancellation e.g. if the Member continues to be enrolled in a program and charged fees post a cancellation request being accepted.

Cancellation by Program

Freedom Fighters

Freedom Fighter memberships will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (i.e. weekly, monthly or annually) and will continue until canceled.

In order to achieve the optimum results, it is strongly recommended that Members remain in the Freedom Fighter program for at least 12 months.

Members can cancel their Freedom Fighters membership at any time by providing notice of two monthly payment cycles. This notice period allows the Academy an opportunity to help Members at a time when they often need us the most.

Business Mastermind, Business Community & Masterclasses

The Business Mastermind, Business Community and Masterclass programs are all entry-level payment programs that will continue until cancelled.

A Member can cancel entry-level memberships anytime with no notice period.

Giving Notice of Membership Cancellation

A Member who wishes to cancel their membership must submit a Current Member Enquiry Form or contact their Member Support person via the TRADIES app at least 14 days prior to their next billing date.

Following receipt of a request to cancel, the Member will be contacted by the Member Support team to obtain further details relating to the request. As part of this discussion, the Member Support person will advise the Member of their current commitment and may explore other options.

For all Freedom Fighter membership cancellations accepted by the Academy, ongoing payments and access to the Academy platforms will be stopped at the end of the notice period of two monthly payment cycles. For entry-level memberships, payments and access will stop at the same time as the cancellation is made.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Member-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Member, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Member, including the overt and excessive advertising of their business or services to other Members, or irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour from the Member.

The Academy will notify the Member with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Member about modification or termination. In such situations, a refund will not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
